Printing can be from one colour to six colours on one or two sides, with any variation in between, i.e. 1 side 4 colours 2 colour reverse etc.

A quality flexographic (with Pantone colour matching) and process (CMKY) printing service is available.

A new multi-colour in-line printer enabling savings on time and costs, where the design is printed on to the polythene as it is extruded, because this is completed as one process it is a way where printing simple designs we can save you money. (I.E. Safety Warnings, Recyclable Logos, One and Two colour logos and so on)

A full origination service of new artwork and printing plates can be carried out by us, this will be quoted to you upon sight of design for approval before any work is carried out.

We are able to originate printing plates from a simple sketch to full “camera ready ” digital artwork.

We can possibly even use existing printing plates if you are moving from a previous supplier to UK Polythene Packaging Ltd, subject to sight of them to determine condition and suitability.
