We hold a large selection of plain unprinted bags in stock of most common sizes. We also stock a wide range of plain clear polythene film ready to convert into bags of various sizes if we don’t have the bag you need on the shelf.

Minimum quantities on bespoke bags is established by the bag required, we need a certain amount of weight to manufacture bespoke bags to your specifications, so it all depends on the bag size and thickness (& if coloured or printed) that you want.

Obviously, we turn this weight into numbers of bags and price per 1,000 – so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Stock bags are sold per pack and can be in packs as small as 50 bags for large sacks or in 1,000s on small bags and anything in between.

Not exactly, if you are looking to source a large amount of polythene (either in film or bags form) we can generally get a very close match to the colour you want. NB: The colouring of polythene is nothing like printing, we have to use an additive (masterbatch) to change the polythene to the required colour.

We do however stock quite a large range of “standard” colours (masterbatches) like Mid Reds, Yellow, Blue, Green, Silver, Gold, Brown – list is quite long, and these cover most of the requirements of our clients.

We have our own transport available to make deliveries around the North of the UK, otherwise we use the very reliable pallet (Palletways) and parcel (APC) services.

We can Flexographic Colour print (with pantone colour matching) and we also process print (CMYK printing) so we can print an infinite number of colours, subject to sight of design etc.

We will also organise and proof the origination of the printing plates – just let us know what you want.

Sample bags are provided free of charge if you are ordering from us. These can be used to ensure what you are ordering will work for you, especially on bespoke items where the packaging required has been designed from scratch. We can also provide trial orders with a smaller production run to approve suitability.
